The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources inspectors recently found some chemical hazardous waste generators who aren’t submitting Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests for their chemical waste. We’ll try to help by clarifying exactly what these manifests are, who needs to submit them and when.
