Return Policy

All sales are final, per MERI’s refund and return policy.

MERI can not restock or resell its infectious waste containers.  However, we may ask you to return any unused kits using the included returned postage so that we can close out the manifest.

If an item is ordered in error or an incorrect item is sent, contact MERI’s customer service department at info@meriinc.com.  We will apply a credit toward the correct purchase.

Valid Shipping Address 

Before submitting your order, please verify your shipping address. MERI may apply additional postage to items that must be redirected.

Product Warranty

MERI products are free from defects in material and workmanship under regular use. MERI will replace any defective product.

This warranty stands on the condition that:

  1. The customer will provide notice via email to info@meriinc.com within five business days of receipt of your product. Your communication must include the following: your name, product order number, description, and photo of your item.
  2. MERI will review this information and determine the claim’s validity under the terms of this warranty.
  3. If the purchaser makes any modifications to the product or does not use it per the instructions that come inside of the mailback kit, then this warranty shall be null and void.
  4. MERI is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
  5. In no event shall MERI’s liability for defective products exceed the corresponding purchase price of the product.

Intended Use

Review your state’s infectious waste guidelines before purchasing. Also, please note that MERI’s medical waste mailback kits are for the disposal of sharps or infectious waste materials. DO NOT use them for the disposal of drugs or hazardous materials.
